What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Processing stops cleanly: emails are marked quota-blocked and we notify your workspace owner. No metered overage, no surprise bills — upgrade when you're ready.
Which tools can receive the output?
Anything with an HTTPS endpoint: ERPs (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite), Zapier/Make, Airtable, Supabase, or a plain database. Or skip webhooks entirely and get a formatted reply email.
Do you read my attachments?
Only to extract what you asked for. PDFs are read by the model, spreadsheets are parsed locally. Raw emails are retained for 14 or 30 days by plan, then auto-deleted. Extracted data stays yours.
Can my suppliers tell?
No. Your address looks like a normal inbox — invoices@, orders@, anything@in.bouncebox.app. Senders just see it work.
