Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating a BounceBox account or using the service at bouncebox.app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use BounceBox on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
BounceBox provides each customer workspace with personal inbound email addresses on an in.bouncebox.app subdomain (or a dedicated subdomain on Custom plans). Emails received at those addresses are processed with machine-learning models to extract structured data, which is delivered to you by webhook or reply email according to your configuration.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you and your senders transmit through BounceBox, for configuring which senders are allowed, and for the lawful basis under which emails are forwarded to and processed by the service. You must not use BounceBox to process content you have no right to process, or for unlawful, deceptive, or spam-generating purposes. We enforce loop-prevention and allowlist controls to protect email deliverability; circumventing them is prohibited.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Custom) are billed through our merchant of record, Polar. Free trials run 14 days: payment details are collected at checkout but no charge occurs until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing. Plan limits (monthly email volume, mailboxes, features) are enforced as hard stops — we do not bill metered overages. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Data, retention, and deletion
Raw received emails and attachments are retained for 14 days (Starter) or 30 days (Pro and above) and are deleted automatically afterwards. Extracted results and delivery logs are retained until you delete them or your workspace. You can delete all raw emails immediately from the dashboard. On Custom plans, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available and EU data residency (eu-central-1) can be requested.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Custom plans may include a contractual SLA.
7. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or endanger deliverability for other customers. Where practicable we will give notice and a chance to remediate.
